cars between 3k and 6.5k. that leaves 1.5k for any possible repairs/tires...
if on a budget there are plenty of used tires places.
small car easy to park pretty much is anything hatchback

check for possible flood car....

It might be possible if you are getting something older and fit all the requirements. I'd recommend Geo Prizm or Pontiac Vibe as they are basically Toyota without the name. You will be getting a newer car or better conditioned car for the same cost.

$8k can get you a decent used car if you are willing to go high mileage.

Yes we do and we love the little diesel buggers. Nothing wrong on driving a 1.3 -1.6 diesel car when you get raped at the pump by having to pay $7+/gallon.

After looking at used cars at that price point, my advice is to use that $8k as the down payment on a new Versa or something cheap.
