I can't speak for the rest of Europe but in the UK E5 is the highest alcohol fuel at the pump but there are labels indicating E5 or E0, so it's easy(ish) to choose.
My fuel system is ethanol-safe but I don't want the hassle of re jetting and re timing for a different fuel so I won't really know until E0 is phased out.
(no plans for that to happen at this moment in time)
