Help from the Schaeffer reps needed here!

I called the technical department @ Schaeffers today to ask about the 204s trans fluid. On their website it indicates that it's a "FULL SYNTHETIC" but, as you read the discription they say its a blend of "Group II & PAO". The tech said that Group II is a synthetic. Now I'm new to this oil game but from my limited understanding isn't Group II a mineral and not True syn? Now the confussion will set in. First group III, IV & V were considered syn's now Group II is also?? Someone chime in and please expound on this.

Just got of the phone with tech support. He (bob) said it was a misprint, it's a group III & PAO blend. Just goes to show two people two different answers.

Latest data sheet shows 204s to be a Group III fluid.
