'cept our beer was black for the occasion.

You might be surprised to find out I'm 1/8 Irish....on the other hand, maybe not....

My Japanese ancestry wife is fixin' a good ol' Irish meal tonight for me and the kids.

Actually I kind of like being called an 'Infidel.' Not to make anybody angry or anything like that-I think it just sounds cool. It sounds exciting.

**** dirty non-irish, anyway. sitting around, not drinking green beer, not eating boiled potatos, not thinking about starting a fight at the pub.

oh, we'll get you, we will.

happy saint patty's day!

Of course 'Infidel' means nonbeliever and I DO believe in God. But there are some in the world who do not accept my belief in God because they insist that my belief in God must be a certain religion. Still, Infidel just sounds exciting and wonderful. They can kill me for not believing the way they think people should believe. I prefer to try to walk on God's path, and not on the paths of any human beings who claim that they speak for God.

I do have some Irish ancestry. But I didn't wear green today and I did not go to the 'pub' and drink myself under the table. The typical Irish stereotypes. People actually have to live through this stuff-I know a woman at work who was wearing something green on St. Patrick's Day and she was told by a high ranking supervisor,'Oh, so we are Irish today, are we.' She told him she was Irish all the time.

But my nationality is American. A lot of different ancestry-Irish, Scottish, Cherokee Indian, Norman French, English.

People always have to discriminate against somebody. The Irish have always been discriminated against in this country. They were discriminated against in their own country, their land taken and not allowed to have any job except for soldier. The Catholics have also always been discriminated against. We have had one Catholic president and he was pretty dang good-John Kennedy.

There are Moslems who like to hate Christians and Jews. Not all Moslems, but certainly the radical ones who would love to change this world very much.

People always want to have some individual or some group that they can put down.

If they Irish don't have anyone to discriminate against them, they discriminate against theirselves.

Stating facts is not discrimination.

Gee, Mark in NY, if only that was true. We could get people to change their own oil and the radicals in the Middle East would stop hating us. The world would be at peace. And quick lube places would be out of business.

People do not generally know this but Mullah Omar or whatever his name is (the Taliban leader) and Osama bin Laden were living in luxury in Afganistan. Mullar Omar had a luxury pleasure pad with a big waterbed where he entertained the ladies. Osama bin Laden had several luxury homes. And they had luxury rides also.

But you can bet that Osama bin Laden had some funky change the oil.
