Heat/AC Vacum Door Problem

I have a 2003 Chevy Silvarado. Dual Heat/AC controls. The passenger side is cold, when switch is in Cold Position.

Problem, is that the driver's side is coming out as HOT AIR, when the switch is in the Cold Position.

Please help!!!!
