Hearing Aids$$$$$$$Yikes

I recently just started to look at hearing aids, and was shocked at how expensive they are. The last time I was at Costco I wrote down the brands they carry and did a google search on their reviews, all four were in the top ten for hearing aids. This did not include their Kirkland brand.

Yes we pay tax, and I got more than $12,000 back in hearing aids...I've also had free surgery. Industrial hearing loss (the reason I am eligible for hearing aids) is loss of higher frequencies, and is actually something I'm happy not to hear in my job...and also my job is why I have industrial hearing loss. The joke at work is, yes, they know I have a hearing problem. At home I don't care....sometimes, maybe, I'll wear them when I have to be around people.
