Headlight question.....

I just changed headlight bulb on my Chevy optra and when i checked the lights everything was ok . Within minutes driver side bulb stopped working .
Could it be that it burned out again or there is maybe a different issue....
If anyone has any idea please feel free to share ...

I had a similar problem with my '03 Protege'...bulb "died" shortly after R&R. I had to pull the connector plug on and off several times to get a constant connection. Didn't find any dirt/corrosion/crud. Just kinda beat it into submission. It's been working great since. Hope this helps.

Had the same thing happen to our Rabbit about 6 months into owner ship. It was a taillight, dash said it was bad but upon removal that turned out to be false.

Reseated the bulb and it never gave us a problem since.

Well thanks everyone , problem solved , "handyman" did not put the WH properly ....
