Head Gasket or Intake Manifold Gasket or ??

I'm pretty good at turning a wrench (no problems with a timing belt / water pump job on my 02 Land Cruiser) but not the best diagnostician. Here's my situation:

-1994 F150, 5.0 V8, although the engine isn't original, not really sure of the exact age or mileage. The Autolite 2545 plugs that I pulled out of it indicate a late 80's engine, or at least heads.
-Lots and lots of coolant in the oil but no noticeable oil in coolant
-No bubbles in radiator or overflow when running
-No noticeable smoke/steam or sweet smell from tailpipe
-Has never run hot or overheated
-It looks like there is some coolant sitting underneath the thermostat housing but it's hard to see clearly without removing parts. That still doesn't explain coolant in the oil though

This is my work truck with an 8ft bed for hauling plywood or mulch. It's terribly neglected and I only drive it about once a month, if that.

I just pulled the spark plugs on the left side of the engine tonight and they look normal. I will have a look at the other 4 tomorrow.

Do these symptoms point to one direction over another?

Could be anything at this point... Check the other 4 plugs if they are OK then I would go with head gasket(s) or cracked head(s)/block if the gasket looks normal upon removal. In either case the heads gotta come off.

Unlikely that it's more than a head gasket. Don't drive it until you can repair it.
