You'll hear from him from time to time..but I doubt it will be in a good light.

Naw, he'll be back. I feel like an old man saying this, but todays bulked-up, steroid-addled super hitters are a bunch of bums and Maris would've mopped the floor with 'em if they hadn't jabbed so many needles into their behinds.

bobby bonds was his dad who has passed away. I think he is just saying that so people will get off his back about the steroid issue. I got his rookie card so maybe it will be worth something if he breaks the home run record?

I think now that people will be watching him he knows he can't take 'roids and his performance will suffer and it will be more obvious despite his denials. Hence the late knee surgery so he'd have an excuse not to play. Could've had that done in Oct or Nov and been ready for spring training. I think he's afraid of how he'll play without the drugs, and we've probably seen the last of him.

Blaming all his problems on everybody else. Typical Barry.

One thing is certain. He will not break Hank Aarons home run record. Most likely will not even pass Babe Ruth. He is only like 15-20 behind. I think he was projected to pass Babe like in the fourth or fifth game, or something like that.

On a related note, when will we see Hank, or Henry, Aaron candy bars?
