I understand. I had customers come in and couldn't understand the difference between "hard starting" and "hard cranking". You have cranking problems (batt/electric) or starting problems (fuel/ignition/elec). Internet diags are indeed tough.
Exactly, the car could be cranking like there's no tomorrow, and the battery and starter are fine. The car could labor to turn over which is another story. If it cranks well and doesn't start it could be a number of things, including sensors, relays, need of a tune-up, etc.
