As of late my car has been harding starting sense its been geting a little cold out. What do you guys/girls think it could be?

Could be the battery.
The battery is less then a year old so is the starter.
Still doesn't rule out the battery, I had a Duralast Gold battery die on me only a month after buying it. Had to take it back to Autozone to have them recharge it.
Or it could be that the starter isn't great? And when you say it's hard to start, do you mean it just sits and cranks, or doesn't do anything at all? Also, might want to see how old the fuel filter is, if it's getting clogged it might not want to start. Just a thought. Also, perhaps a bum main relay or a weak fuel pump?
Thats a good point about the battery I did get a walmart because it died at 3am. The starter is a band nwe bosch one the fuel filter has about 2500 miles one it. Whats a main relay? And thats could be it the car has almost 191,000 miles on it.

A main relay is what tells your fuel pump to run, then engage the starter, or something along those lines. If there's a bad solder, it will cause the car not to start. But usually I find this is more common when the car is hot rather than cold, so I'm doubting it's the main relay. I would get the battery checked just to eliminate possibilities, that would be the easiest to do.

That's a Honda-specific oddity. Most other cars have a starter relay which doesn't have solder problems and only engages the starter.

Exactly, the car could be cranking like there's no tomorrow, and the battery and starter are fine. The car could labor to turn over which is another story. If it cranks well and doesn't start it could be a number of things, including sensors, relays, need of a tune-up, etc.

Sorry guys I did leave something’s out. The car is a 1994 Chevrolet cavalier with a 3.1 v6. The spark plugs have about 5000 miles as do the weirs. I’m one of two owners of the car my uncle was the first. So the maintenance was very good and the car has 190,600 miles on it

Does it seem to crank over [spin] as fast as before?
That would isolate the battery/starter/cables.
A quick test is to spray a shot of starting fluid and then try to start it. If it pops right over, then the fuel system is suspect.

You could try connecting a jumper cable between the engine block and the battery negative terminal. If it cranks better, your battery negative cable is bad.

it cranks fine, so I'm thinking it could be the fuel system. it dose also have some redline st1 in the tank it that matters
Does it start right away if you give it some throttle instead of leaving the pedal alone?
