Hard Cider

I found Hornsby's cider for $4.99 a six-pack this weekend. There's a new variety they call "Crisp", so I thought I'd try it.
Quite yummy, and it fixed my 2-day old headache after numerous attempts with Advil failed---even after I realized that "analgesic" doesn't mean you put them in your a..never mind.
Anyway, good cider for such a low price.

I'm going out on a limb here but I suspect you wrote this soon after your sampling trial...

I haven't tried Hornby's but Strongbow is very dry AND very good.

I like Strongbow, Hornsby's(at least this variety) is a bit smoother.
I also like Woodpecker, Woodchuck, etc.
Think I'll go have one right now....
