Harbor Freight tools that are good

Agree with most of everything that's been said.

Few others I've enjoyed:
*Braun 390 lumen LED light stick (item #63958). I reach for it over the Astro light.
*20 ton hydraulic press. Pays for itself after a few bushings.
*Viking lithium battery jump starter
*Viking 4 amp battery tender
*The basic black Hardy mechanics gloves. Cheap with the $3.69 coupons.
*Socket rails (plastic ones)
*Tool drawer liners. Just have to cut to fit
*AA/AAA batters with coupon. Use them in my son's toys.
*Meguiars products can also be found and bought with the 20% off coupon. Great buys for detailers.

I thought I hit a home run with the 5 pc 3 jaw puller set. Used the largest size on my truck's hub bearing back in May and thought it did great given the torque I had to apply.. Went to use it last weekend on the same bearing and the threads were basically non existent. It could barely be threaded by hand without a load and adding a load made it not usable. Only 90 day warranty too. Boo.

You're welcome! It's a great site. I've been digging around in it this morning. Has ALL of the free coupons, shows pricing history, and also lets you know if the product coupon is cheaper than using the 25% off coupon on Labor Day.

I need to pick up a Hex Drill driver set and the coupon I have is for $2.99. The site has a coupon for 0.99!

One thing i do have, is the fold-up welding table. That is handy as i can keep it folded against the corner of the garage, takes up little space.

My kid is in college and plays recreational sports with classmates, so he always has a basketball or football in his dorm or vehicle. I bought him one of those 12V compressors that Harbor Freight sells for about $6 to air up those footballs and basketballs.
It's a little cheesy plastic compressor that actually comes with some needles and tips to inflate athletic balls to the required firmness. Turns out my kid had a flat on his vehicle last Friday and had to use it to air up a 16" pickup tire. Good thing the compressor also comes with a clip-on chuck. He said it took about 20 minutes, but it worked like a champ as he talked on the phone with my wife. He then took his truck to a tire repair shop for repairs.
Wouldn't purchase it for weekly use on an automobile, but it's no loss if it would ever get stolen.

I've done maybe 5 sets with mine, so not quite the same savings, but not bad either. Quick work on trailer tires. No garage so when I use mine it gets bolted down to... my HF trailer.

I always buy their wrenches and carry them in my car. That way if someone needs one and will "return" it, I'm at no big loss when they don't. I also use their 9.99 angle grinder a lot. It's never broke on me and I've cut through 1/4in steel plate with it. I avoid their impact screwdriver. [censored] thing is junk. Lastly, get their torque wrenches. They have been the most accurate for me so far.

Ha! I had a 20% off coupon from HF that was good until today so I went and got one of those propane torch weed killer things. My dad has one and I helped him burn all of the grass and weeds out of his gravel driveway about two months ago. Went over there yesterday and it was still weed free so I got one for myself. Can't wait for my wife to see me playing with it.
The torch was normally 29.99. With the coupon it was 24 and change plus tax so 26 and change all in all. Kid at the register asks if I'd like the protection plan for 11 dollars. I said no, if it breaks I'll fix it or get another one. He said if anything EVER goes wrong with it we take it back no questions asked. This thing is a valve and a striker. I think I can handle it.
