Hanging dart board on bare concrete wall?

He still might hit the wall. He should hang it from the ceiling in the middle of the room so it swings back and forth when you hit it! Like some kind of door. That way, if he misses, the darts just follow a flight path onto the floor. Woof! *No no, thank you*

So what's the verdict? Should I even bother with a back board if I'm getting an electronic board?

I did see that you can use metal tip darts with some of those boards, like the BristleTech by Halex. What do you all think of this one?

I like the fact that the score display is separated from the board so there is no risk of damaging it by throwing a dart at it. On the other hand, that'll be an extra hole that I'd have to drill in order to mount it...
 
Final update: the darts are fine. I just didn't assemble them properly the first time around. I blame it on alcohol and late hour...

All in all, looks like fun. Can't wait for my friends to get here to give me some competition.
