So, the shop that put in my new clutch(see car in sig) also replaced the rear main seal while the flywheel was off.

How will this affect my next oil change interval? Any recommendations, therefore?

I'm almost at 7,500 on Amsoil AZO with Valvoline Max Life 5w-30 for top off(1/2 quart) for the last 1,000.

My plan is to change the oil this Thursday using Pennzoil Ultra 5w-30. Safe to just run out to 7,500 again?

Replacing the rear main won't hurt you much, maybe affect the silicon level depending on what lube they used to put it in, I wouldn't worry finish the run.

Cool. The other thread about 'change oil after engine work' made me curious. It's not as serious as having the heads exposed etc, but I was curious.

I was thinking another question might be is it safe to use a High Mileage oil soon with the new rear main? I had some Full Syn Max Life for next summer use, after this next Ultra OCI.

I see no problems. Unless they intentionally added foreign material, you should be fine.
Smart to get that part in while you are in there, BTW!
Maybe a UOA would be skewed by sealers or greases used, though.
