Not that anybody asked but do you ever wonder why the old light bulbs
get hot and the new LED light bulbs don't? the old incandescent light
bulbs 90% of the energy you were paying for ninety percent of the
wattage was coming out in a band of light that you cannot see. It's
completely useless to you and what band was that? infrared... and we
detect infrared as warmth and in the Extreme as something very hot
that can burn you so what LEDs do is take all the energy you need and
want in a light bulb and put it all in the visible part of the
spectrum. well if that's what it's doing it doesn't need 60 watts
100 watts to do it... it only needs 3 watts 5 watts at most 10 watts
because all that energy is going into visible light.

Larry, if you had comprehended what I said in the first post you quoted, maybe you wouldn't have felt compelled to make false accusations.
You made a mistake, I called you on it. Then you decided to compound your mistake by suggesting that I needed help.
I think we're all caught up now.
The LED bulbs with the blade design (first link) most closely match the filament light emission pattern of a tungsten bulb. I used a blade design in the fog lights on my truck, and the light pattern was exactly like the what the tungsten bulbs put out in the fog light reflector with a nice distinct cut-off at the top of the light beam. I tried non-blade type bulbs in the same fog lights and the beam pattern wasn't very good and not very close to the light pattern given by the OEM tungsten bulbs. I have a thread somewhere on this sight going over it all. I was thrilled that the blade style LEDs bulbs retained the same nice light pattern as the tungsten bulbs.

My 2024 KLX300 has an LED headlight from the factory (first year for LED headlight). The beam on that thing is super nice when night riding, and I've never had anyone flash me if it's on low beam. Has a pretty solid beam cut-off on low beam. The factory adjustment for low beam distance in front of the bike is pretty much right on for max throw without bothering on-coming traffic.
