I never had the talent to make paper airplanes so I can't comment.Flight Simulator? Paper airplanes?
I did the same thing and my set is my most used set of sockets. I later bought the 76-piece set as a backup but hardly use it because my original 48-piece set keeps on working. I later bought the bit drivers that make up the 62-piece set and a new case that holds them all.I purchased a complete set of Metrinch back in the early 90s and still use them today...It is my go to set as it fits any type of bolt...SAE or Metric also with the way it grabs the bolt even a rounded off bolt can be removed....
.. or a real gal. I know several real gals who work on cars. One restores early '50s Detroit Iron. And puts many of us to shame.Maybe you can be a real man and not work on cars, but you can’t work on cars without being a real man.
I'm 31 so can't comment here other than to say I have been lifting weights and cycling since 15; and so should everyone else.
I have a mobile mechanic who I use sometimes as I am time poor. He's pushing 80, looks good; and could work on a car for a full day.
Don't let your body go - and if you have let it go, you can bring it back. It just takes some willpower!
Awesome!I just turned 69 and have lots of physical and mental energy, still. Maintaining my Volvo 240s and Mercedes W124 diesel brings me lots of pleasure. A long day outside maintaining the cars is highly therapeutic and so satisfying!
Buying tools has been a wonderful exploration for me. From Nepros to Tekton.

1993 Volvo 240 Classic. The last 1600 240s to be manufactured are badged and numbered.Yes, I saw that, but wondered about the model year
Actually it’s the same vehicle with different rims.@Sam_Julier appears to own two 1993 Volvo 240s. I think the photos are of two different vehicles with the same color scheme.
I expect so. The Canadian OAS is only age dependent. And if you make too much money by some combination of working, pensions or investment income they "claw back" some (or even a lot) of it.S0-can he make as much money as he wants even though he is getting some form of retirement from the government?
Once you hit full retirement age in the USA, you can earn as much money as you want without it affecting your social security benefits.S0-can he make as much money as he wants even though he is getting some form of retirement from the government?
True, but they get you by charging income tax on 85% of your SS benefits once you go over a certain income level.Once you hit full retirement age in the USA, you can earn as much money as you want without it affecting your social security benefits.
Absolutely. In my experience, you’ll never find a true buffoon of either gender working on cars... or a real gal. I know several real gals who work on cars. One restores early '50s Detroit Iron. And puts many of us to shame.
That is exactly what the wife is doing. She is lucky. Opposite of me. We used to joke at work "Sam can't even win a random drug test!"Once you hit full retirement age in the USA, you can earn as much money as you want without it affecting your social security benefits.

Here is some WilltoPower for you...Willpower?!?
So you’re saying it’s all over for me!![]()
I would love to get the bit driver set too. I dont think the company is around anymore..I did the same thing and my set is my most used set of sockets. I later bought the 76-piece set as a backup but hardly use it because my original 48-piece set keeps on working. My current case has a broken latch and the Metrinch website is out of stock and no one answers emails or the phone so I don't know if they are still in business or not. They supposedly came out with an updated case but it's on backorder so you can't order one.
They are great tools but it seems that there is no customer service any longer.
