I highly reommend Griots Garage products to everyone who cleans their own vehicle. From the car wash to the leather care, griots products are the very best. Their interior cleaner is by far the best prodcut for your interior. It's gentle enough to use on your leather but strong enough to get stains out of your carpet. I've used their stuff for years and haven't found anything that compares.

Overpriced IMO.
Yeah, too expensive. Something like $40 for a wash bucket? Gimme the $5 Lowe's ones.
I agree, Griots makes good stuff. But you have to pick and choose.
I use their spray-on car wash, works great on the entire car, including the windows and mirrors. If Lowes had that stuff cheaper, I might use it, but they don't so I'm willing to pay for it. And their interior cleaner is good too, like the OP said.

totally agree on the price thing. Like hate2work said, you gotta pick and choose. Their leather care products, the car wash, speed shine, and wax is better than anything I've ever used though. And the cost on those items is comparable to most other stuff on the market.

More than that (the $90 spray nozzle or the $90 wash bucket...), but yes, I get where you are coming from when it comes to picking and choosing. Always good to never limit yourself to one particular brand.

I've used Griot's products for over 6 years and they are the best in most products. I use his waxes with the Porter Cable buffer, his clay, his interior cleaner, protectant, leather care and Speed Shine. All his products are great except the glass cleaner - it is awful.
As for price, he is NOT overpriced on car care items when you figure a $19.95 bottle of Best of Show wax will last you thru atleast 10 cars. The overpriced stuff belongs to Zymol and those other's which don't hold a candle to his wax products.
But he is overpriced on the garage items and tools!! LOL, I love the $100 garden hose nozzle! Anyway - he makes his own stuff on site, nothing relabeled and they plain WORK. I'll never go back to store bought stuff like Meguire's. I tried last year with the new NXT wax and was very unhappy with it. Ease of use was great, but the shine was average and the durabilty was awful -as many others stated before. I was lucky to get 1 good month out of it. So - back to Griot's I went and will stay.

I picked up a sealed bottle of Speed Shine for 50 cents at a local garage sale last summer. I was tickled! I have yet to use it though. I already have a lot of QDs, but I couldn't pass it up. Taken from their website:

I tried their Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner today. Worked well. Prior to that I used the Mother's Wheel cleaner. The Griots removed more of the grime on the inside of the rim. It was expensive though, however I did buy it at AZ where everything is overpriced.

Griot's Garage is all top-notch, if a little more expensive. If you like everything in your garage to match, you couldn't do much better than Griot's!
