Grills with "side burners"

In the past 25 years of grills with side burners I've used it maybe 10 times, most for roasting coffee beans.

Funny thing. If you've ever been to Jacksonville FL when the Folgers plant is in full swing....that s#t STINKS!

I have one but it’s not hot enough. I actually have a high heat gas burner and a potable inductive top I take out and use on occasion.

Wow, the complete opposite of my Weber SB. There is no true simmer, it was tough even simmering a large pot of greens . Settings seem to be GD HOT and FD HOT

When hurricanes have knocked out my power side burners are useful for boiling my old coffee pot.
Hurricane+no power+no coffee=real grumpy, bad day.
