Greek style pork chops

Six boneless pork loin chops from Sam's Club $6.42
Can of LIDL baby peas $1.00 (I think less but rounded up)
Knor alfredo noodles from LIDL $1.00

Not in the above cost are staples:
olive oil
lemons
butter
oregano
salt
pepper
garlic powder

Hardest part of this simple dish is to make sure to use two parts oil to one part lemon(don't over lemon)
Make a marinade of olive oil and lemon, add salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder to taste.

Paper towel dry the pork chops, then lightly salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Place chops in a hot cast iron skillet until brown, about three minutes. Turn over, brown the other side of the chops. Remove the chops from heat, put about a third of the marinade on the chops, place in the oven for ten minutes, turning the chops over at the five minute mark.

Nothing special here, but an easy dish that many people will enjoy, a decent dinner that will feed a family of four for under $10
