Has anyone given this a try? No specs yet. Just saw the ad in a tuner magazine this weekend.

5W30, 5W40, and 10W60 weights.

Their website states:

"The GR line of full synthetic engine oils, made from premium PAO & esters, to protect your high tech engine."

Sure would be nice if they had some additional specs on this oil published on their site.

Was this post a joke? I sure hope so.

Greedy (dard HK$ is a better mock) is just wanting anothing piece of the market. While I can't bash the oil since I know nothing about it, but WHY? Just stick with trusted stuff.

I get really amused at how people will fight over what oil is better. Mobil 1, Royal Purple, Redline, Amsoil, ect. Chances are, they will get tired of the car and trade it in wasting tons of money on oil that acually really does protect, but hardly anyone keeps a car for very long anymore.

I got abouts 300K miles using cheapo oil on my first car. It was a Ford Escort GT with a Mazda 1.8L in it. I didn't know much about cars back then, I paid oil chain places to change the oil, and I redlined the car every place I went and drove the crap out of the car. The car fell apart around the engine.

I want to try those oils! Anyone has pricing info? Trust (Greddy is one brand of Trust) oils have been available in Asia for a long time, but I only saw some at Autcobacs in Southern California, and they were expensive! I hope they will be priced better now.

I would think that a company like Greddy would be using the lowest bidder to supply/blend the oil and who knows if they would change formulations on a whim.

I don't see any API certifications, either. But that's fine as long as its JDM certified

Looks like Greddy wants to compete with brands like Turbonetics over here. Who incidentally makes really good oil. I wonder if anyone on the Z boards will try it out.

There ad has incorrectly spelled words and grammer errors. I hope that is not a print version. Or is this photochop?

You're joking, right?

I`d definitely like to try the 10W60. I wonder what the prices are and if the auto parts chains (Autozone,O`Reilly`s,etc) can order them?
