Saw an ad for them and they've got some great (read almost too great) prices on oil. For example, a 3 pack of 5-quart Mobil 1 Advanced for $42.09. I looked up the address on the contact info. It comes up on Zillow as a 2-bedroom condo in Tampa, Florida.

Nope. I bet the originator of that website probably has a 1000 Craigslist ads for cars, trucks, mini excavators and tractors for 1/3 the real value as well.
