Grease for ball joints/suspension?

Hello gentlemen and ladies. What kind of grease should I use for greasing tie rod ends and ball joints and suspension? Any advice is appreciated.

I use Chrysler/Mopar Multi Mileage lube.Its supposibly very good and has been around for like 40+ years.

Thanks and I will call our parts guy when I get home. Is it the "green snot" I am thinking of? If so my real father may have a tube or two of that.

What about some Valvoline Ford approved grease from 9 years ago? Would it be ok to use??
