Grease Compatibility

A manual that I am referring to calls for NLGI 2 Lithium Soap Base grease to be used and I picked up Mystik JT-6 multipurpose grease which happens to be Anhydrous Calcium. Should I be concerned with compatibility issues? Does compatibility only become an issue in certain applications? I am fairly new to this site so please forgive me if this is a stupid question.

My original question was regarding various hinges on our Pathfinder. The service manual specs Lithium Soap Base NLGI 2 for all the hinges. Thanks for the chart.
