What a world of difference over the stock Continentals on the Trax. Handling and steering seems better, even braking. Wet traction is more confident. I have yet to try snow and ice traction, but it should be much better due to the sawtooth edges and sipes on the outer section. I highly recommend these tires to someone with a Cuv.

Looks a bit like their Evolution … a contender for the Tahoe pretty soon … (or SRX) …
I have the Cooper Evolution Tour on my Equinox. Very quiet and ride great. Treadwear, however, is not great after 17,000 miles. The tires get rotated every 5,000-7,000 miles. They are all now down to 6/32 tread depth. They started new at 9.5/32. The tire is rated for 65,000 miles, but there is no way they will go that long. I have no issue with Cooper, but would choose the Discoverer EnduraMax or SRX next time.
