I don't know how the Google Maps car got out on the track with other race cars (yes, race cars), but punch these coordinates into Google Maps and launch the Street View:

36.58460600, -121.74876100

Real race cars. On a real race track. Cool!

Pretty cool. Like seeing the Stig all over the UK, I bet this was a staged stunt. Regular Google Maps camera car, 5 race cars all holding the same position. Keep 'driving' around the track - the cars all stay in the same relative places. Probably told everybody to go out and do a lap but don't exceed 30 mph or whatever speed the camera vehicles usually travel.

Oh boy. Well, here goes...

Copy & paste the coordinates in Hokeyfid's post.

Open up a new browser window or tab, type in 'maps.google.com' in the address bar.

Paste in the coordinates into the search bar next to the google maps logo, hit enter/return or click 'search'.

Now you'll see an overhead view of Laguna Seca raceway with your location marked with the red 'A' balloon. See the zoom bar near the left edge of the map? Click the + to zoom in. Keep doing it until it switches to street view.

Click & drag to pan around the picture, or click the ^ and v arrows that show up on the route to follow the racetrack.

Stop using all other map websites as you're now using the best.
