Good hydration drink alongside water?

Hello folks and wat wondering about this. #18FAN talked about it in some threads but didn’t say where you can buy what he used. I was always told water is best; but I’m working in the heat during summers so is anything better than water? Something I can get at Wal Mart or easy to obtain.

With that said, when it's 100* out, I don't exactly want to be chugging a glass of milk. To that end, I use the sugar free Drip Drop hydration packets. Excellent flavor and not anywhere nearly as salty as Liquid IV, blech.

Anything wet that I buy is cut with water, especially if it is sweet. I drink a pint of Gatorade daily added to a pint of water in this heat

I buy Liquid I.V. through Costco or Sams Club. It is added to water.

I drink A LOT of Gatorade G Zero in this hot weather, as I keep a cooler bag in my trunk with freezer packs in it and then I fill up the cooler with G Zero. I will be bringing these with me for my day tomorrow:

That is also what I like to do.

So many of them have high Fructose Corn Syrup in them. That is the first thing I check before I buy.

I buy from Amazon and I will not publicly post mix ratios. Read the bottles/consult a medical professional. I do mix mine depending on weather and activity levels.

I love those but yes some are sugar bombs.

Nuuns tablets. Good hydration drink. Minimal sugar. One downside: they are not cheap.
