So I recently started wearing a wide brimmed hat so now I can't wear my ear muffs anymore. I bought a whole box of ear plugs, but they suck and I have to mess with them every 25 minutes cause become loose in my ear. Anyone know of any good ear plugs? I don't have time to reinsert them every 20 minutes.

works with your hat.

I may have to resort to that, but the thing I hated about the ear muffs were that it makes you too hot when it's 95 outside. I was just kind of hoping for suggestion on ear plugs. I may just have to get a different kind. I'm just an idiot for buying the ones I bought. I forgot how [censored] they are.

What kind of ear plugs are you getting?

I have no issues with the foam disposable ear plugs. Roll them up small enough to fit in your ear and when they expand, I can no longer hear Housewives of ________ that oilBabe turns on as soon as I'm getting ready to sleep.

Most drugs stores and pharmacy departments have such plugs that are 30-32 db noise reduction.

what ear plugs did you try?

I used these before on plane trips or and they work for me.

Part of it is the technique used with the earplug.

If you're having issues, they have a diagram with the technique that shows you pull up or down on your ears (i forget) while you put in the squished ear plug and have to wait about 30sec for it to reexpand before letting go.

Howard Leight Quiets. They're a soft silicone earplug that looks like a miniature baby pacifier. They're not the foam kind that you roll up. The next best thing to custom made earplugs IMO.

Yeah I may go with these. The problem with the ones that I bought was they squish too easy so they don't hold themselves inside my ear. I ordered a different brand which I think are the same as ones I've used before a long time ago. I've even reused them a few times. If these still bug me to death then i'll get the set you have shown cause I think they're only like 7 bucks.

You still roll them up and let them expand in your ear right?

Not if they're the silicone type. While I was searching on Google, it appears they may be making a foam version of these now, but I still use the original silicone type.
