GM dealer must install headlights?

For headlights, I like halogens, too, preferable in sealed beam that can return me to straight-off-the-lot performance 15 minutes and $15 later, rather than hundreds of dollars later after rocks, sandblasting, and yellowing.

As for marker and brake lights, I changed enough incandescent bulbs in the taxis and my LTD to last a lifetime.
