I don't like it myself, but squirrel is about the only hunting my dad, and his brother like to do, and he really likes the taste of the little buggers.

Are those fox squirrels? Yummy! We have little runty gray squirrels here. So small they're not worth fixen. Back in the day in northern mi. we had chipmunks as big as the local tree rats.

This is a real squirrel.

We have gray and fox squirrel here. The fox are kinda rare.

That's grays in the pic. Our grays get pretty big. Because of my corn no doubt.

Tried cooking it longer, maybe in a smoker? or crockpot for 6-8 hours.
