Perfume has an alcohol base and should over time evaporate away. My dad was a pretty heavy smoke and when he passed in 2009 i was the executor of his estate, house, vehicles etc. He had a 1985 Caprice which was originally a police car. I sold the home and his vehicle. The caprice smelled like smoke and I got a bag of regular Kingsford charcoal briquets and placed about 20 briquets through out the interior and rolled up the windows and after a couple of days the smoke smell was gone. Charcoal works well at absorbing odors over time. Just make sure you use regular charcoal and not the Match light stuff.
