Does anyone have personal experience with this tool brand? Also, does anyone know where they are made? I can't find the COO for this tool brand.

They have a very large selection of tools and I would be interested to order some if people have used them before and know where they are made.

Yup, Taiwan.

I've had a few. Some people don't like the ratchets but I was pretty happy with the ratchets I owned. The other things I've read is that a lot if people like the impact and chrome sockets but some people say the wrenches aren't very finely polished.

I can't confirm those, as I've only had their ratchets. If you want to know more, then do some searches on Garage Journal. There are a decent number of threads on the topic.
