120V plugs in on the right (red dot is L/line) and the four igniters on the four burners plug into the four QD terminals. Issue I am having is that no spark is generated at two of the four burners.

The inside of this module is potted, so I cannot see what is inside but the curved shape suggests wound bobbins as the spark source. testing the terminals with a multimeter divides the four terminals into two pairs, each pair showing 710 ohms across its two terminals and no connections between the two pais.

When I apply 120V and have one terminals of one pair shorted together and the other pair connected to a spark gap tester, the second pair produces sparks till the gap is about 5/8 inch. A larger gap causes sparking to occur between terminals between the two pairs. This should niot happen if the two secondary windings are electrically isolated.

Obviously I don't have the whole picture as to what is going on inside. Any idea as to the internal circuitry of this module?

This module is also super expensive for what it is, at around 200$

did you check the igniters? Swap the connections to isolate like swapping coils in a car?

I did. Front left wasn't firing, so I connected the wire from rear right and front left started firing. I did quite a bit of testing but wasn't able to pin down an exact defect.
