Gas Price pics

Yes.

I can afford $12 a gallon gas no problem.

It’s the millions of people in USA that are affected if gas goes over $4 gallon.
They have trouble feeding their kids.
Exactly....they were strapped prior by basic necessities

We were just in Spain and gas is over 1.60 Euro a liter, so equivalent to a little over seven USD per US gallon.
We are far better off than anyone in the EU in this regard.
Fuel prices here rose by nearly a buck a gallon while we were away, although we are not yet at the all-time high.
Worse to come or a slow decline in fuel prices?
Who really knows?
A recession would drop the bottom out of fuel prices, as we saw in late 2008, but nobody wants to see that.

You know, I think it’s a long time since they made a car that can pass a hose to the tank. I believe there is a valve in it for vehicle tip overs.
Siphoning caused many people to buy locking and keyed gas caps in the 1970s. Yes I’m old😎

Guys stealing gas are not poor folks trying to make the rent payment. They get attracted to stealing things that seem high in price. If it’s not copper, cats, then it’s gasoline. Most likely the money is used for drugs.

It's a way of life for a subculture that finds stealing easier than work.

It’s interesting that for some, they would steal gasoline at $4.50 per gallon but not at $3.00. A 50% bump makes it worthwhile for them. Crazy.

I wonder how they would handle a “jackpot” consisting of 40 gallons in a full Suburban. They would need 8 - 5 gallon cans. Would they be organized enough or just fill their two cans and take off, leaving the gas to pour down the street.

Somewhere in Kentucky. Not bad relatively speaking.
