If it gets that low here I can retireI paid $2.15 at Costco the other day in Sioux Falls SD. We have 2 hybrids and our gas expense is low. Most of our driving is for fun and we don't really put on tons of miles other than driving around aimlessly.
InflationWhere we all get screwed good is how all retailers (mostly true) blame 99% of price hikes on the prices of fuel. YET, if so.... then how come the prices NEVER drop back to the pre- high fuel prices when the prices really drop far....? Same thing with our local energy monopoly here. They are so very fast to add the $$$$ "fuel adjustment" hikes to your power bills YET they never readjust back to normal pre high fuel prices either.
About $3.90/American gallon, but remember it's priced in $C, so around $2.85 in USD.That comes out to about $3.90 U.S.
I'd be all over that.....Filled up the BMW this morning at Costco on the north side of Columbus, OH. Top Tier + 87 octane $2.02 while 93 octane which I bought is $2.999
