Fumoto valve and UOA question

I want to take an oil sample for a used oil analysis. I have a Fumoto valve with a nipple, on which I installed a piece of rubber hose for drainage. Will the rubber hose affect the used oil analysis readings?

It will not affect the UOA. Just let it drain for a few seconds before you catch a sample.
