How good are the FULL oil filters and the Ultra 8 filters Napa sells? They look almost identical, with Full stating they are an OEM manufacturer. I'm considering running these on my grandmothers '08 Accord from here on out.

If you're going to Napa, just get the Golds. They are a known good inexpensive-ish product.
Yes they are good for the money. They are similar to oem quality, but cheaper. I work at an auto parts wholesaler and most of our customers prefer them when ordering due to the economical cost and good quality. They are a company based in Thailand, you can look them up under “siamfil” on google. There has also been a couple threads posted there about them.

Nothing wrong with the Full brand if you like the price. I used quite a few of them on an Isuzu Trooper and two Acuras. They are mostly made in Malaysia, I think, and are about on a par with Nippon filters.
Good quality filters, ive used them frequently on our japanese and american customers cars. I think I cut one open after a really long interval, let me see if i can find it.
