At the local ARCO station we're up to $3.01 for regular unleaded; that's up from $2.84 just 3 weeks ago. The Chevron stations are about 20 cents more per gallon. Usually this time of year the prices drop down to at least 75 cents below the Summer peak prices. The local business page in the newspaper says we can all thank the Turkish Army for the rise in crude oil prices.
