After 2 years of searching for new fuel injectors for the BMW M5 V10 E60, they were unavailable for 2 years, BMW have finally manufactured new fuel injectors and I replaced all 10 fuel injectors in the car.This is about a 2006 BMW M5, V10 S85 engine with the SMG 7 speed gearbox

It was 200 euro for one injector, genuine
Not sure how often to replace, i have the car for 3 years.
2000 euro for injectors. 
Trav could not have cleaned or rebuilt them?
That’s a lot of dough.
I have the 8cyl version of that engine and the Bosch injectors I installed (which are also rumored to be OE, but not 100% sure) are working great. I think I paid $300 for the set a few years ago.
My 2nd option would have been to send off my OEM injectors to Deatschwerks (edit: Trav apparently rebuilds injectors, as well. I wasn’t aware of this) for a full cleaning and rebuild.
However, I can understand OP being careful with the injectors he’s installing. There have been a few instances where an injector has stuck and then…. kaboom.

One of my favorite BMW's. It looks unassuming but the V10 was developed from their F1 program. We need more V-10's 12's and someone should make a v-14 for grins. They sound amazing with a titanium exhaust.
Direct injectors are a wear item. Sensitive tolerances and also way more exposure to heat than port injectors. Rebuilds just clean them and replace the seals, the internals aren't serviceable. Last set I had rebuilt had one injector off by 9% from the rest, had to buy a whole new set to make sure they were balanced.
OP has port injectors though, haven't heard of those being an issue on BMWs.
No problem, I do these BMW injectors a lot.
Toyota dealership charge 750€ per injectors for the 3.0 d4d in my country2000 euro for injectors.
