I read here that warm up is bad and blah blah blah but let's use this province as an example. Everybody that leaves their cars outside lets them get warm during the winter prior to driving yet as a whole these cars last just as long,or longer than warmer climates because we have less rust thus the body doesn't dissolve.
And all my engines operate well beyond the 300k mile threshold so I'm unconvinced that a warm up is bad.
Sure fuel dilution happens at warm up but once warm that fuel evaporates in no time.
