FS2500 filter cartridge availability

Does anyone know what’s going on with Filtration Solutions? I ordered replacement filters, they charged my card, but the filters were never shipped. I’ve tried contacting them via email and phone with no response. After two weeks, I contested the charges and got the refund but I still need filters. Is there an equivalent to the FS2500 filter from Wix, Fleetgard, etc?

I'm fairly sure their replacement filter elements are proprietary. Whatever company makes the elements for them probably cannot market them on the side.

There are some examples where the Wix search function will give a return with the following wording ... "This is a valid competitive filter. No replacement exists at this time." (I paraphrased it, but you get the idea). Likely that Wix makes the filter, but is under restriction to not market generic equivalents so the OE has the market locked down. I'm not saying Wix makes that particular filter; just an example of how proprietary contracts work.

Accurate Diesel is the parent company of FS. If you look at their filter listing it shows they are out of stock. I reached out to them and they said they’ve been ghosted as well. Thanks for the help.

Accurate Diesel is an "authorized distributor"; not the same as "parent company" by any means.

Seems the filters are available on Filtration Solutions website 6/2/26.
