free iphone fax app??

I need to send a fax and do not own a fax machine. It will have some personal info SS# etc. Is there a free iphone app, not really looking for free trial.

I’ve used Genius Fax. You buy credits to send faxes and if you need a fax number to receive one, you can subscribe on a short term.

Last time I had to send a fax I just took it to the UPS store, but if it has your SSN on it not sure I would want to do that either.
