Binged the Engine Oil Bypass Filter forum and you guys inspired me. Thanks to all that have contributed to this forum so a knucklehead like me could figure this out unsupervised.

Installed on 2024 F150 3.5L Ecoboost

1. Frantz Bypass Filter
2. Setrab/Susa 1" sandwich adapter
3. SPE Motorsports Billet Oil Cap
4. Various 4AN fittings
5. 0.045 orifice on the inlet side before the filter.
6. Carquest Premium 84502
6. 5 Quarts Valvoline Restore and Protect plus 1 Quart HPL Engine Cleaner 30 - for science

2 mile test drive yesterday and 14 mile drive to work - nothing has blown up yet ;)

I just wanted to see why you mounted it upside down, now I see why, hope it's not too messy at change time.
Ford doesn’t give much room with the 3.5L ecoboost. My son’s V8 has more engine bay space by comparison.

What you cannot see is the tight spot where the spin on filter is mounted. If you need to use a wrench in that spot, you need to be creative.

Regarding changes, I have enough room underneath to place something to catch oil spills - probably.
