Did the operator happen to state that there were a lot of idle hours in this interval?

I usually think moisture in the sump when I see wavy pleats. That is some fuzzy media too - I wonder if that is a portent of eventual disintegration or loss of efficiency over time?

most trucks don’t have a consistent operator in them every day. we try to keep idle time down but in the texas heat that isn’t an option all the time. other filters aren’t doing this so i move away from these.
