I bought some fram titanium fs12447 off of eBay $19 for 2. Are there any problems with this filter?
I'm going to be getting PG filters from now on as they seem to be the recommended filter on this forum . I bought 5 carquest select for $9 each from advance auto online. They don't have any stores near me and the oriley version is more expensive.

My local home depot had some fram extra guard ph3600 for a $1.20 each so I bought 3 for my other car.
Are the extra guard ok filters to use? I've just read some bad things on this forum about certain filters.
They have date code A21923

I used Fram titanium 12447s on my 3.0 duramax Silverado. Every one I've cut open has had a wire backing and no quality issues that I could find

I keep hearing metal end cap on orange can. Fram finally listen?
Fram seems to be using Champ Labs for filter production, so instead of Champ Labs learning to make fiber end caps they seem to be making the Frams with metal end caps (and an Ecore center tube) like the SuperTech filters have.
