Fortunately Fram has lost enough of this market that I only see one every couple of weeks. We hate to cut them because the steel is so thin it collapses. But here are the two that we took off customer's cars in the last few weeks.
First you can see is a PH9837. The base is rusted and the center tube did not seal.
Then comes this PH966B that basically collapsed in 3000 miles.
