From Ford F-650 with CAT engine (RACOR Water separator). Replaced with a Motorcraft FD-4597 which looked exactly the same. Fuel must enter the middle of the filter and exit the sides as there was no tube in the middle but the filter element was wrapped with perforated steel. Looks like decent construction. No idea how old it is and thats why I changed it. Element measured 101 inches in length and about 2.5 inches in height.
