The Fram Power Steering Fluid with a part number of FS60 has been asked about a few times on here with what I have found to be little concrete info. This is usually sold at Advance Auto Parts.
The front of the bottle says “Meets OEM Specifications” but no where on the AAP website or Fram’s website is this defined.
Bought a gallon to flush the Suburban and here’s a front a back picture. Of course there isn’t no actual manufacturer approvals (does any OEM approve P/S fluid?), but Fram recommends it for the following:
GM: 9985010, 1050017, 1052884, 89021184
Ford: ESW-M2C128-C, ESW-M2C128-D
Chrysler: MS-5931
VW: TL-VW-570-26, ZVW 239-902
It is a clear fluid with a blue tint. It seemed to work just fine.
