The Blender prob got this table from Lubrizol who could have supplied the DP.It’s called integrity and truthfulness in marketing. Some blenders and manufacturers are able to truthfully label which approvals and specifications the product actually has and which are suggestions. Some have a more difficult time not obfuscating between the two.
This one however fails even at the typical obfuscation in that they list competing approvals that are contradictory. That makes it a complete fabrication. This isn’t marketing it is bull.
Note 1 : SAPS refers to Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus and Sulphur, the levels of which are often restricted in the latest performance specifications.

Where were you during the "Fully Synthetic Oil" corporate "obfuscation"?
The BIGGEST lubricant lie unleashed on the unsuspecting public in the last decade
Would I use this in my New BMW turbo 6 - if I owned one - unlikely.
Would I use it in a generator or Older VW or Audi or in a vIntage Hot rod that would require a 40 grade oil?
Id give it a try. But certainly not if Castrol was sitting next to it for 5 bucks more a jug.
Known and Trusted does have some weight when I vote my oil dollars
