Stating the obvious, as noted a terrible looking bypass seal area. Don't think out on a limb to say a flashlight test fail. That said, if not a concern, rest looks good. ;)

Those Endurance metal louvor openings are tiny ! Compared to the larger metal holes an Mobil 1 oil filter has I’d be afraid the Endurance oil filter would starve the engine from oil ?

not a concern if the louvers are open. Mobil 1 had louvers for a long time while M+H was making them.

In my observation, louver openings are 'never' going to appear "as open" in comparison to tube holes. Otoh, there are always more louver openings than holes per tube area. The topic louvers look just fine and wouldn't be a reason not to use topic FE filter. As an aside, comment why when I do a c&p remove media at least, to give a good louver view. Sometimes like WCW add light to it. But here, down tube shot clear, louvers are not an issue.
